The Welcome Center is the central service and advice center for international academics and their families. We advise you in all non-academic and practical matters and help you plan, prepare and carry out your stay at JGU.
If your research stay at JGU is definite, we ask you to register with the registration form.
If your research stay at JGU is not yet definite and you have questions concerning a possible stay, please contact us by e-mail.
We will gladly advise you in detail in an initial consultation and provide you with relevant information material on your first steps at JGU and in Mainz.
The Welcome Center is part of the Euraxess network, an initiative of the European Commission to improve the mobility of researchers. On the website of Euraxess Germany you will find further helpful information.
Especially for all PhD students there is the online platform JoGuGATE, where you can find a lot of useful information about your stay; you can register any time.
